In one of the oldest buildings at the heart of Tartu, we shape the future.
Renting out rooms to finance our mission
We earn most of our finances through offering excellent accommodation options in the city center of Tartu, right next to the town hall. Our apartments are well-equipped with a kitchen corner in each of our ten different apartments, as well as everything they need for work and rest as well. 3-4 people can comfortably live in most of our apartments, in some up to 5-6.
We are also renting our seminar rooms for different events and occasions. It is possible to use the large seminar room (35-50 people), the board room (10 people), and the club room (15-20 people).
There are also many businesses working in our building – a web development and design agency, architectural bureau, a restaurant, a beauty salon and an eye-wear shop. Many NGOs work at our co-working space – DD HUB.
We direct 100% of our profits from business activities in the house into DD Academy programs in Estonia and Latvia.
