DD StratLab is leading a project in Ida-Virumaa to create the circular-, bio- and blue economy part of the Green plan. The project is done in collaboration with the University of Tartu Centre for Applied Social Sciences (CASS). The clients (and partners) of the project are Cleantech Estonia and the Estonian Fund for Nature.
